Bill started as a musician. He once took a stab (quite successfully) at designing high-end audio and lighting systems for his band. Bill soon found that he had a real passion -- and a real skill -- for creating high-end audio and lighting. He built a business that was -- and still is – called New England Audio Tech/Rainbow Concert Production.
After selling that company, Bill decided to focus on seasonal and permanent installations of audio and lighting for a choice, core group of clients. In 2005, he founded WHB Concert and
Production Services. He also began focusing on two other related, but slightly different, parts of the quality audio and lighting business: sales to small and large theaters, schools and corporate events.
In addition to scores of other clients, Bill has worked for 30 years with one of the most iconic venues in New Hampshire: the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom.
John Coretto is a musician, too. A Connecticut native, he’s also been a fixture of the concert industry in the Greater Boston area for the past 18 years.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, with a BFA in sound recording technology and music performance, he embarked on a career in concert production and formed a lasting, working relationship with Bill Blaine. Having headed up the production team and audio department at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom for the past 18 years and the Wilbur Theatre in Boston since 2008, John can handle all aspects of concert production with expertise, care, and professionalism. Upon becoming a partner in WHB in 2017 he has worked hard at increasing what WHB can bring to the schools.
Among other things he’s worked for Scharff Weisberg (now WorldStage Inc.), New York City’s premier corporate event and concert production company. He’s also toured, both nationally and internationally, as an audio engineer and production manager with artists performing at venues ranging from smaller clubs and theaters to arenas and amphitheaters.
John brings professionalism, knowledge, and integrity to every project and musical endeavor he touches.
